As advised to our investors we are currently out of the market as the risk is too high for trading. News is coming out every 5 minutes which is causing large market movements, spreads on currencies are moving in and out throughout the day, liquidity is down etc
When we say risk is too high, what we mean is the market is not trading in our zone that works best for our strategies. We understand the market will move in out of our trading zone which is fine and our strategies manage this – however at this point time, it is consistently outside our zone.
Therefore, as much as we do not like cash sitting idle, we always look at the long game i.e. in 10 year’s will you look back and be disappointed we missed some trading in March 2022.
Lastly, I want to say a big thankyou to our investors. To be honest I do not see you as investors but partners in our business. Hence the number of messages last week keeping you up to date where trading was at. We appreciate you backing us and the performance of our strategies and we take this responsibility very serious.
I will keep you posted when we start to enter the market as we are working through various options.
