It was a tough month trading. We were out of the market at the start of the month to allow large news to be absorbed. We started the strategies again, but the market decided it needed another round so large movements occurred again. All strategies are trading but with lower risks.
We had to make changes to the Kosciuszko strategy as it did not fair well during the large news events. The changes we made was to take the strategy back to how we had it 6 months ago i.e. trading with 18 currency pairs with lower lot sizes. As such we have started this strategy again along with reporting on its performance.
Another bot has been added to Red Centre so in total it has 4 bots scanning the market for trades in EUR pairs. All bots have different strategies. This means one bot might not trade as conditions not met for its strategy, but another will.
Whilst the bots are controlling the trades, we are constantly overseeing the strategies and will turn them off if the risk becomes too high in the market.
